One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Falling Diamond could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. driver couldn't keep Herrhagens Leif to trotting so they were disqualified.
Killers First Law quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Killers First Law was still in the lead after 1500m. Toy Opal showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Killers First Law were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
