Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Opstille could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
Slippery Pressure saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Icône started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Slippery Pressure was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Slippery Pressure followed by Clockwise and Icône. Lane two Kind Act Law followed by Opstille and Blossoming Sparrow. Blossoming Sparrow started to gallop after 1500m and Odd Arne Sagholen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Slippery Pressure were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
No-one could catch Slippery Pressure today who won before Kind Act Law and Clockwise.
