One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Gold Bonfire Momentum was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Brodde Star started to galop and lost 30 m.
Sturer Emil saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
The leader got disturbed by something and Brodde Star took the lead rather easily.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Brodde Star today. It continued in the lead.
Brodde Star kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Sturer Emil sprinted over the finishline before Brodde Star and Scarlet Madness.
