Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Express Sound found a gap and took the lead. Pommard followed before Tiberti.
Charmed Cocktail quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Pommard took the lead after 1000m. Express Sound didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Pommard was still in the lead after 1500m. Tiberti started to gallop after 1500m and Claes Sjöström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Express Sound suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
Final standings. 1 Pommard, 2 Express Sound, 3 Righetti.
