Start List
It had been raining for several days at Färjestad but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Insane Witch. Appel ended up behind the leader. Blushing Nutcracker got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.
This is the positions after 500m. African Sky, Walking Meadow, Schneidig Heftig, Lucky Tropic, Appel, Insane Witch, Blushing Nutcracker, .
Lucky Tropic sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Lucky Tropic today. It continued in the lead.
Lucky Tropic sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
