The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Årjäng today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Fast Work took the lead after a very quick start.
Funky Vixen quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Annette sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Policy Of Truth was disturbed and galoped 40 m.
Funky Vixen accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Funky Vixen sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Funky Vixen kept the speed the whole finish and won before Fast Work and Muscular Energy.
