The weather had been good all week and Halmstad was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Katthammarsviks Bernt was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.
Katthammarsviks Bernt was in fine shape and held the lead. Radiating Wind was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
Old Wolf sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Old Wolf was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Derby Winner Pegasos gallopped for 40 m.
With only a little left of the race Katthammarsviks Bernt galoped for 50 m. Old Wolf looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Werkstaking Ter was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.
Ehrlich Law made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Old Wolf.
