The sun was shining on Åmål today. A perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Vaimo Ja Veitsi found a gap and took the lead. Happy Breath followed before Parfum.
Lady Rebecca quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Rorschach Superior took the lead after 1000m. Happy Breath didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Happy Breath accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Happy Breath didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.
There was a new leader after 2500m, Vaimo Ja Veitsi.
Happy Breath litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
