Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Inkas Envisa was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Moonlight Drama was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.
Moonlight Drama saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Moonlight Drama clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Moonlight Belly Dancer was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Moonlight Drama was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Larocque clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Mcfeast Magpie galoped for 60m and was disqualified.
Inkas Envisa never caught up with Larocque who won. Moonlight Drama came third.
