The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Front Thinking tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Glittering Sun that came steaming ahead.




Sneaky Folder saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Front Thinking who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Zaskrbljenost Približno sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Zaskrbljenost Približno followed by Glittering Sun and Nuclear Warning. Lane two Rugged Star followed by Front Thinking and Railgun Nova.



Rugged Star speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Glittering Sun sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
