Start List
The sun was shining on Umåker and it was a perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Malkin Rocks. Drooling Knight ended up behind the leader. Zorro Opal got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.
This is the positions after 500m. Haloes, Zorro Opal, Running Motor, Drooling Knight, Karstens, Malkin Rocks, Kvarngärdets Zond, Waving Lilac.
Running Motor sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Waving Lilac saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Drooling Knight galloped for 50 m.
Kvarngärdets Zond litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Waving Lilac never caught up with Kvarngärdets Zond who won. Running Motor came third.
