The sun was shining on Lapua and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Narkissos Zet tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Chadman Drumstick that came steaming ahead.




Intelligent Mustache quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Drooling Paladin took the lead after 1000m. Narkissos Zet didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Gold Red Red Pølse looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Chadman Drumstick litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Benedetti sprinted over the finishline before Narkissos Zet and Drooling Paladin.
