The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.
Floating Sunset could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Speedy Zeus who started to galop and lost 50 m.
Zanon clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
A Scary Thing was still in the lead after 1500m. Síleny Bouøe galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
A Scary Thing were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Speedy Zeus showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Crown The King galop. Crown The King lost 20 m.
Winner of todays race was Bresset. Floating Sunset came in second. A Scary Thing became third.
