One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
D'artagnan could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
Pampered Sunray quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Aurore took the lead after 1000m.
D'artagnan didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Aurore was still in the lead after 1500m.
Pampered Sunray litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
D'artagnan sprinted over the finishline before
Falling Sugar and
Pampered Sunray.
