The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.
Rapide Du Bloc took the lead after a very quick start.
Glanzig Zwak quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Rapide Du Bloc took the lead after 1000m. Glanzig Zwak didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Rapide Du Bloc followed by Silver Motor and Running Cookie. Lane two Glanzig Zwak followed by Carlos Lagavulin and Jolly Venus.
Rapide Du Bloc sat safely in the lead after 2000m.
With only a little left of the race Gilbert Opal galoped for 20 m. Glanzig Zwak litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Rapide Du Bloc sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
