Start List
The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Gävle today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Pigall Pegasos tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Craftsman that came steaming ahead. Comfortable Steel was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.
This is the positions after 500m. Pigall Pegasos, Black Body, Fire Into Speed, Coral Dream, Raymond Reddington C.C., Craftsman, Cocoa Lotion, Flickering Fiber.
Black Body looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Raymond Reddington C.C. couldn't come out from behind the leader, Pigall Pegasos. Comfortable Steel suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.
Coral Dream looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Craftsman couldn't come out from behind the leader, Black Body.
Craftsman won the race after a spectacular finish.
