One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Breathing Sunflower could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
Scarlet Brightness saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Scarlet Brightness clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Scarlet Brightness was still in the lead after 1500m.
Scarlet Brightness were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Breathing Sunflower sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
