Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Criminal Smartass was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.
Honey Pie saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Counterfeit Wonder took the lead after 1000m. Criminal Smartass didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Counterfeit Wonder followed by Criminal Saint and Honey Pie. Lane two Funky Knockout followed by Miljonärskan and Bizarre Magic. driver couldn't keep Criminal Smartass to trotting so they were disqualified. Kvarngärdets Chester galloped for 20 m. Inkas Abenakis started to gallop after 1500m and Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Funky Knockout speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Counterfeit Wonder sprinted over the finishline before Bizarre Magic and Funky Knockout.
