Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Giggling Starshine found a gap and took the lead. Drive Slow followed before Bright Hollywood. When the startcar left the field Drive Slow started to galop and lost 30 m. Rutger Jönåker C.C. was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.
This is the positions after 500m. Bright Hollywood, Sooner Or Later, Confident Judge, Giggling Starshine, Rational Fist, Drive Slow, Golden Dancer, Nolan Casper.
Sooner Or Later took the lead after 1000m. Giggling Starshine didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Nolan Casper showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Giggling Starshine looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Drive Slow started to gallop after 1500m and Rickard Svanstedt had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Giggling Starshine was still in the lead after 2000m.
Giggling Starshine was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Giggling Starshine looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Giggling Starshine didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
