One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Tender Band was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Daniel Redén wanted a little to much in the start and Active Work galoped for 50 m.
Bonfire Momentum was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.
Stifling Diamond looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Growing Puma couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Yankee Glide.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Yankee Glide today. It continued in the lead.
Tender Band kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.
Betterthancheckers galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
échappé showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Stifling Diamond kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Growing Puma didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
