Start List
It had been raining for several days at Östersund but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Lauréat tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Zocke Zoda that came steaming ahead.
Lauréat quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Lauréat was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lauréat followed by Feuergeist and Wandering Pearl. Lane two Zocke Zoda followed by Awesome Gold One and Adorable Runaway.
Screaming Tiger was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Lauréat looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Lauréat didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
