One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Lacoste took the lead after a very quick start.
This is the positions after 500m. Active Night, Powerful Mountain, Sikre Jeres, Adventurous Body, Close
Sound, Müller Hof, Kan, Lacoste.
Adventurous Body sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Adventurous Body followed by Lacoste and Experienced Architecture. Lane two Kan followed by Powerful Mountain and Müller Hof. Close
Sound started to gallop after 1500m and Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Kan put some pressure on the leader and could take over.
Kan were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Müller Hof galoped for 60m and was disqualified.
Final standings. 1 Experienced Architecture, 2 Lacoste, 3 Kan.
