The sun was shining on Gävle and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Amazing Glam tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Elegant Amazon that came steaming ahead. driver couldn't keep Devine Flower to trotting so they were disqualified.

This is the positions after 500m. Valle, Whatever Drama, Lonely Wish, Solid Bear, Playing Rebel, Lemon, Ugglan On Fire, Amazing Glam.

Ugglan On Fire sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Playing Rebel galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

Ugglan On Fire was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Whatever Drama gallopped for 50 m.

Valle was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Ugglan On Fire kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Ugglan On Fire didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
