One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavy Energy was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Sneaky Sword clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Insane Ruby galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Old Moment accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Old Moment kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Old Moment looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Powerful Energy never caught up with Old Moment who won. Heavy Energy came third.
