The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.
Velvet Underground was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Benjamin Pawpaw started to galop and lost 20 m. Velvet Underground was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.
This is the positions after 500m. Dreaming Dragon, Ganz Klein, Velvet Underground, Prince Titan, Benjamin Pawpaw, Tender Band, Climbing Frenzy, Honourable Moment. Honourable Moment started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Dreaming Dragon who started to galop and lost 10 m.
The leader got disturbed by something and Velvet Underground took the lead rather easily. Velvet Underground galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Velvet Underground today. It continued in the lead.
Velvet Underground were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Dreaming Dragon was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
No-one could catch Velvet Underground today who won before Prince Titan and Climbing Frenzy.
