The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Örebro today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Barefoot Angel tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Singing Rose that came steaming ahead.
This is the positions after 500m. Victoria Nobis Vita, Running Starshine, Singing Rose, Sophisticated Pearl, Barefoot Angel, Ninja Cop, Powerful Sergeant, Power Factory.
Singing Rose sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Singing Rose followed by Powerful Sergeant and Victoria Nobis Vita. Lane two Barefoot Angel followed by Power Factory and Ninja Cop. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Running Starshine gallopped for 30 m.
Singing Rose was still in the lead after 2000m. Power Factory was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.
Singing Rose sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Power Factory sprinted over the finishline before Barefoot Angel and Singing Rose.
