Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Cheerful Valley could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
Auf Feuer quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
The leader got disturbed by something and Cheerful Valley took the lead rather easily.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Cheerful Valley followed by New York Groove and Brown Arraow. Lane two Kansas Treasure followed by Auf Feuer and Orbit Experience.
Cheerful Valley was still in the lead after 2000m. Pobornik was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.
Cheerful Valley looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Final standings. 1 Kansas Treasure, 2 Cheerful Valley, 3 New York Groove.
