The sun was shining on Forus today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slippery Knight sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Jumping Gladiator sprinted to the front.




Trappist took the lead after 1000m. Slippery Knight didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Trappist followed by Slippery Knight and Holy Sunshine. Lane two Glamorous Whirlwind followed by Fierceful Gladiator and Jumping Gladiator.



Trappist sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Slippery Knight made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Glamorous Whirlwind.
