The weather had been good all week and Bjerke was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Insane Fiesta was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Shy Bandwagon quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Drooling Technology took the lead rather easily.

Insane Fiesta saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Goodbye Holly took the lead.

Goodbye Holly kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Mirjam Olympicon sprinted over the finishline before Goodbye Holly and Insane Fiesta.
