One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Grasping Ruby was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Glittering Midnight quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Amina sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Flordalie suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Grasping Ruby accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Grasping Ruby didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Neon Lady speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Rolling Starlight galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.

Amina won. Grasping Ruby came in second. Neon Lady caught third place.
