One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Speedy Thinking took the lead after a very quick start.




Jokey´s Nightmare quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Jokey´s Nightmare started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Charle Mang took the lead after 1000m. Speedy Thinking didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Mrs Melbourne galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Charle Mang was still in the lead after 1500m.



Listening Boulder was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Charle Mang were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Speedy Thinking made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Silver Legend.
