One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Etalon Rapide could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Independant Hero suddenly started to galop. Ari Moilanen had to struggle to get Independant Hero to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Pampered Hope sprinted to the front.




Handy Boulder took the lead after 1000m. Etalon Rapide didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Rolling showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Handy Boulder today. It continued in the lead.




Handy Boulder was still in the lead after 2000m. Pampered Hope gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Handy Boulder looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
