One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Ferocious Mountain took the lead after a very quick start. Ghostly Thinker suddenly started to galop. Roger Malmqvist had to struggle to get Ghostly Thinker to tror again and succeded after 40 m. When the startcar left the field Alfa Donna started to galop and lost 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Alfa Donna, Ghostly Thinker, Grasping Addiction, Wimpy Baby, Tempting Doll, Advanced Energy, A Little Pea, Inflazione. Purple News was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Alfa Donna was still in the lead after 1500m.

Alfa Donna kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Wimpy Baby galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Grasping Addiction sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
