One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Blue Bullet could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Dead Satellite galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
This is the positions after 500m. Kvarngärdets Neptun, Blue Bullet, Falling Agent, Confident Technology, Waving Mistress, Kimmo, Dead Satellite, .
Kvarngärdets Neptun was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Kvarngärdets Neptun followed by Waving Mistress and Confident Technology. Lane two Kimmo followed by Blue Bullet and Falling Agent.
Kimmo seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.
Kimmo sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Confident Technology sprinted over the finishline before Blue Bullet and Kvarngärdets Neptun.
