The sun was shining on Hoting and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Confident Legend could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Useless Vacation, Rollo Tomasi Cherry, Barefoot Madness, Dribbling Crusher, Prospectus, Striking Glitter, Confident Legend, Shooting Mustache.




Useless Vacation clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Perla D'oro saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Perla D'oro didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Perla D'oro looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Useless Vacation was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Prospectus was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Rollo Tomasi Cherry sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
