One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lonely Diary tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Astaire Hof that came steaming ahead. Kristian Lindberg wanted a little to much in the start and Perfect Nugget galoped for 40 m.

Perfect Nugget quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Verso Entreprise galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Lonely Diary sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Passion De Perle galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Astaire Hof sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Coughing Flower galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.

Vurenhout made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Perfect Nugget.
