Perfect Mambo tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Funky Princess that came steaming ahead. Wild Honey was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Outspoken Rock, Ultra Larockma, Wild Honey, Funky Princess, Sly Muscle, Ununpentio Vox, Perfect Mambo, Still Useless. Still Useless was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Diabolic And Useless was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Wild Honey took the lead after 1000m. Funky Princess didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Still Useless galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Wild Honey followed by Funky Princess and Sly Muscle. Lane two Perfect Mambo followed by Ununpentio Vox and Ultra Larockma.

Wild Honey kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Wild Honey sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Perfect Mambo won the race after a spectacular finish.
