One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Silver Wonder. Athletic Technology ended up behind the leader. Quick Mustache got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Heikki Hietanen wanted a little to much in the start and Ghostly Thinker galoped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Athletic Technology started to galop and lost 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Confident Sniper, Focused Satellite, Athletic Technology, Ghostly Thinker, Snowy Plan, Quick Mustache, Silver Wonder, Thunder Victory. Sunday Passion started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Athletic Technology took the lead after 1000m. Ghostly Thinker didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Focused Satellite galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Thunder Victory won the race after a spectacular finish.
