The weather had been good all week and Solänget was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Prix D´hoof found a gap and took the lead. Purple Cookie followed before Liszt Hof.
Bol General quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Paregel Cherry who started to galop and lost 30 m.
Open Ears sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Paregel Cherry looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
Carlos Rush was first on the homestretch followed by Paregel Cherry and Jumping Tank.
Lying Blossom galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.
Purple Cookie sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
