The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Falken took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Craft sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Playing Red to trotting so they were disqualified.




Skipping Sunshine sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Craft looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Playing Red galoped for 30 m. Craft kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
