One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Grande Fierté was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Quick Tank started to galop and lost 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Muscular Energy sprinted to the front.




Lady Allehanda sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Lying Fox suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Good Looking Missile galoped way to long and was disqualified.
