Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Golden Crust could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Slippery Scope was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.
This is the positions after 500m. Solid Cruiser, Black Thinking, Golden Crust, Strong Striker, Snibb, Slippery Scope, Hispeed Pascal, Sneaky Asteroid.
Slippery Scope looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sneaky Asteroid couldn't come out from behind the leader, Solid Cruiser. Golden Crust galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.
Solid Cruiser was still in the lead after 1500m.
Solid Cruiser were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Slippery Scope won the race after a spectacular finish.
