The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Mariehamn today.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Poledancer could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Flickering Brightness, Equalizer, La Bastille, Iceman, Along Comes Mary, Moonlight Stardust, Poledancer, Ayacho. A bird flew just in front of Véritable Récit who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Equalizer sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Wondering Bouquet suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Equalizer followed by La Bastille and Poledancer. Lane two Iceman followed by Moonlight Stardust and Flickering Brightness.




Equalizer didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Iceman gallopped 10 m after 2000m.



Ayacho was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Equalizer looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Poledancer sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
