One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Eternal Orchid was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Starstruck Addiction saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Climbing Blizzard sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Climbing Blizzard followed by Focused Paladin and Quick Runner. Lane two Drooling Universe followed by Opposing Sparkle and Eternal Orchid.



Opposing Sparkle speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Climbing Blizzard sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
